Meme Accounts | Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By using Meme Accounts (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Meme Accounts helps you design social content (including tweet-style graphics, carousels, and videos), connect social accounts, and schedule or publish posts. Features vary by plan.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account. Keep your password secure and notify us of unauthorized access. You may permanently delete your account from Settings → Account; we will remove account data and stored uploads as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Free trial & plans
- Free accounts include a limited trial (currently one exported post on trial-gated tools such as the Tweet Maker).
- Paid plans (Pro, Agency) remove trial limits subject to fair use.
- Auto-renewal: Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Stripe emails receipts and renewal-related notices to the email on your Stripe customer record. You can also see the next renewal date in Settings → Billing.
- Cancel anytime: Cancel in one click from Settings → Billing → “Cancel subscription” (Stripe Customer Portal). Canceling takes no more steps than signing up. You keep access until the end of the paid period, then revert to Free.
- We may change plan features or pricing with notice on the pricing page.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Impersonate real people or brands in a deceptive or harmful way.
- Publish illegal content, spam, malware, or content that infringes intellectual property.
- Violate the terms or community guidelines of any connected social platform.
- Circumvent plan limits, trial restrictions, or security measures.
Tweet-style templates are for parody, commentary, and creative content. You are solely responsible for how you use exported graphics.
6. Third-party platforms
When you connect Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, or other services, your use of those platforms is governed by their terms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or actions taken by third parties.
7. AI-generated content
The Service uses third-party AI providers to generate text, images, and related assets. AI outputs may be inaccurate or inappropriate. Review all generated content before publishing. You retain responsibility for what you post.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service or cancel a paid plan at any time as described above. See our Refund Policy for billing questions.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meme Accounts is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
